Direct debit – new member

Set up a Direct Debit as a new member. This will mean a one-off payment of £10 for your first year, after which your subscription will be paid automatically by Direct Debit on 1 January each year. If you join after 1 October, we will email you with the option of a partial refund for your first year.

Clicking the green button below will take you to our GoCardless payment area where you will be asked to fill in your details – after which you will be directed to your bank to set up the Direct Debit.

Please read the following paragraphs and choose the option that applies to you. It does help us if you can renew with Gift Aid, as it doesn’t cost you more but we can claim back an extra £2.50 every year towards the work of the Society.

New membership – £10 with Gift Aid

If you choose this option you are confirming that you are a UK taxpayer, that you wish the Herne Hill Society to treat all subscriptions and donations you make to the Society from today as Gift Aid donations and that you will advise the Society if at any time you cease to meet the conditions for Gift Aid.

Further information on Gift Aid is available at https://www.gov.uk/donating-to-charity/gift-aid

NEW ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP WITH GIFT AID

New membership – £10 without Gift Aid

Pease choose this option if you do not pay UK tax, if you do not want the Society to claim Gift Aid on your donations or subscriptions, or if you are donating on behalf of someone else or jointly. If you don’t wish to make a Gift Aid declaration now you can choose to do so later by contacting us.
