Committee 2022/23

The Society is a registered charity. Our governing structure consists of a committee whose members are also Trustees. There are sub-committees that deal with Planning and Historical Research.

Since April 2020 we have conducted business mainly through online meetings.

Rebecca Tee | Chair

Rebecca has lived in SE24 since 1993. She works as a careers expert, and for the last decade has been involved in the governance of local schools as a volunteer.

Laurence Marsh | Vice-Chair

A retired barrister and editor, Laurence has been on the Committee since 2008. He leads the Planning and Historical Research groups and edits the Magazine.

Martyn Hall | Treasurer

Martyn has lived in Herne Hill since 1997 and has worked for a number of charities.

Michele Arnal | Secretary (co-opted)

Michele has returned to the Committee after several years’ break.
